i got to listen in to my new store manager and the district manager discussing a few things. they dont know that i know.
i told my manager that they cant write me up for not selling rewards. its unethical. three write ups and i get fired. this leads to hostile work environment. the DM said its performance, so i can get written up. my manager also said i refused to sell which is untrue. they then proceeded to say they need to hire two new shift leads. im one of those shift leads.
so i went in today and told her i want a demotion. she was very good in sugar coating everything.
i have everything written down. the other night i almost made a claim but before i hit the send button, i realized i would be letting my new manager down. then i found out she back stabbed me.
its time to play the game.
